CSAM is a type of pornography (the depiction of the human body and its intended sexual behavior
to awaken the sexual drive) in which persons under the age of 18 are depicted as sexual actors or objects. It is any depiction of a child by any means in real or simulated sexual practices or any depiction of a child's genitalia for sexual purposes.

Therefore, we consider photographic and film material that shows an exposed person under the age of 18, whose genitals are visible and is part of sexual practices (vaginal or anal intercourse, masturbation, satisfaction with a minor, etc.) as CSAM. Such material may contain one or more minors, either alone or in conjunction with minors. It should be noted that the production, distribution and possession of child pornography are classified as a criminal offense in the Slovak Republic, similarly to many other developed countries.
